Job Overview
We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at NoButcher. As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the highest standards of customer service, maintain inventory and staff, and contribute to the creation of an unforgettable experience for our customers. You will be the heart of our operations, ensuring that our high-paced environment runs smoothly and efficiently, while keeping our culture fun and upbeat!
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel
- Maintain exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team engagement, creativity, and fun
- Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement strategies for growth, promotions, and community involvement
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and represent the values of the company
- Maintain a “work hard, play hard” culture – know when to hustle and when to laugh and have fun
Your Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- A passion for plant-based cuisine
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience managing a team and fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- A sense of humor and a willingness to occasionally join in on the fun (yes, that might include dancing!)
